Live2Lead is a leader development experience designed to equip attendees with new perspectives, practical tools and key takeaways. They’ll learn from world-class leadership experts, be prepared to implement a new action plan, and start leading when they get back to the office with renewed passion and commitment.

In a remarkable milestone, we successfully brought this transformative conference featuring virtual and local leaders to the Worcester community for the first time in 2023 and we are happy to be back for our third year!

Dr. Sheri-ann McLean-Williams

Founder and CEO, McLean Coaching and Consulting, LLC, Live2Lead Worcester Host

Dr. Sheri-Ann McLean-Williams, founder and CEO of McLean Coaching and Consulting, leverages over 13 years of experience in coaching, training, and community development to empower individuals and organizations. Born and raised in Jamaica, her passion for helping others ignited at an early age. Dr. McLean-Williams’s expertise in team building, leadership development, and community engagement is enriched by her diverse background and work in both Jamaica and the US. Dr. McLean-Williams is also the author of the book “You Belong in the Room: Activating the Power of Self-Leadership” which focuses on how we can enhance our leadership skills. Outside of work, she cherishes time with family, church, and community activities, along with travel and writing.

Jeff Sigel

CEO of The Middle Matters Collaborative

 

Jeff Sigel is passionate about creating better work environments and more fulfilling careers for middle managers everywhere. After over 20 years of corporate experience in top food manufacturing, grocery retail, and restaurant companies, Jeff now coaches mid-level leaders and supports companies looking to empower their middle management teams. He is the author of “The Middle Matters: A Toolkit for Middle Managers.”

 

When not coaching or writing, Jeff is the CEO of Twinning Edge, a company focused on enabling small businesses with BD strategies and building out BD support ecosystems by leveraging AI, automation, and digital twin technology. Dianne Langford James

CEO of Cycle Breakers, Inc., LLC

Dianne Langford James is a Transformational & Wellness Coach and CEO of Cycle Breakers, Inc., where she empowers women and youth to break negative cycles and realize their full potential. She founded BravHERy, a global initiative that fosters healing, growth, and sisterhood, and serves as Executive Director of The Torch Foundation, helping teens build emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Through Yes We Care Teen Academy, she leads Leaders In Committed Action (LICA), an eight-session program for youth empowerment.

 

A first-generation college graduate and 33-year sobriety advocate, Dianne has overcome generational addiction and shares her journey in her book, Breaking Cycles and Building Your Legacy. She lives in Worcester, MA, with her husband, Elijah, rooted in faith, family, and service.

Rev. Dr. Debora Jackson

Executive Consultant and Professor of Practice, Worcester Polytechnic Institute

The Reverend Dr. Debora Jackson is a dynamic leader with experience in academia, business, ministry, and nonprofit leadership. She served as Dean and Harry G. Stoddard Endowed Professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Business School, driving growth, innovation, and global partnerships. Her past roles include Director of Lifelong Learning at Yale Divinity School, Executive Director of the Ministers Council (ABC-USA), and Senior Pastor in Needham, MA.

 

Dr. Jackson spent 20 years in business, holding C-level roles in IT and consulting before transitioning to ministry. She holds advanced degrees in ministry, engineering, and management from Andover Newton Theological School, WPI, and Indiana University.

 

She is the author of Meant for Good and the award-winning Spiritual Practices for Effective Leadership.
