We partner with mission-driven organizations, including human services agencies, educational institutions, community-based organizations, and small businesses, seeking to strengthen leadership capacity, improve communication, and build high-performing, resilient teams.

Through coaching, training, and experiential learning, we equip leaders with the tools, mindset, and strategies needed to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Our Story

McLean Coaching and Consulting was founded in 2021 by Dr. Sheri-Ann McLean-Williams, a leadership development professional with over a decade of experience across Jamaica and the United States.

Through her work in diverse leadership roles, she observed a consistent challenge: many individuals were stepping into leadership positions without the necessary tools, training, or support to lead effectively.

Recognizing this gap, she founded McLean Coaching and Consulting with a clear purpose: to provide practical, people-centered leadership development that goes beyond theory and focuses on real, everyday application.

Since its founding, the company has partnered with leaders, teams, and organizations to strengthen communication, build trust, and cultivate strong, effective leadership cultures.

Today, the vision continues to expand, evolving from a founder-led practice into a growing leadership development firm committed to equipping leaders at every level to grow with intention, lead with confidence, and create lasting impact.
