Every October, McLean Coaching & Consulting joins the Maxwell Leadership Global Youth Initiative in hosting Youth Fusion — The Annual Youth Leadership Conference, a dynamic experience created to inspire, equip, and unite young leaders ages 9 to 19. Through interactive workshops, impactful speakers, and the signature Youth Speaker Stage, participants build confidence, strengthen communication, and discover their leadership potential. Youth Fusion celebrates diversity, creativity, and collaboration—empowering students to use their voices, lead with purpose, and create lasting change in their schools, communities, and beyond.
