Every April, Maxwell Leadership unites leaders and mentors around the world to empower the next generation through the Global Youth Initiative (GYI). As part of this global movement, McLean Coaching & Consulting proudly hosts G.E.N.S — the Global Youth Empowerment Nexus Summit, a transformational experience for youth ages 9 to 19. At G.E.N.S, young people dive into interactive workshops, dynamic speakers, and engaging activities that build confidence, communication, and leadership skills. This is more than an event—it’s a movement helping youth discover their potential, lead with purpose, and make a difference in their schools, communities, and beyond.
